Families Together, Inc. is a statewide organization that serves families of children and youth with exceptional needs. 

  • The Parent Training and Information Center assists families to be partners in their child's education.  Read more

  • The Family-to-Family Health Information Center provides guidance and support for families of children and youth with special health care needs to navigate the health care systems and work with their child's medical home.  Read more

  • The Parent to Parent Program matches a parent with another parent who has or is going through similar disability related events. Do you have someone to talk to who understands the small victories and struggles? Read more

  • Other grants from state agencies and foundations support the work of the staff to help families with many aspects of raising a child with exceptional needs. Read more

By supporting the growing number of Kansas families and individuals who care for and about children/youth with disabilities, we believe children and adults will become valued members of their families, schools and communities.  
Whether your just beginning the journey with your infant, toddler, youth or teen, our staff is just a phone call away.  From early intervention services, disability related information to transition to adulthood, Families Together is here to help.
